This portable oil purifier, independently developed and produced by HOPU, is suitable for various petroleum-based mineral oils. Boasting a simple yet practical structure, the unit features great mobility and straightforward maintenance. It can be used to filter oil on-site for hydraulic and lubrication circuits, and can also be installed as a bypass filter inline with your system.

 Capable of removing particulate impurities and moisture from hydraulic oil with a final filtration precision up to 1μm, this equipment can also function as an oil filling unit, making it an ideal solution for hydraulic oil conditioning. It helps prolong filter element service life and cut down hydraulic oil replacement cycles, lowering the risk of hydraulic system breakdowns while maintaining efficient system operation. 

The filter cartridge can be replaced effortlessly, and customized filtration accuracy is available to meet different treatment requirements. Its cellulose filter medium effectively intercepts oxidation by-products, sludge and varnish deposits, and can trap 4 to 16 kg of oil degradation contaminants. The medium achieves a water absorption capacity accounting for 50% to 65% of its total contaminant holding capacity.
